Religious Education for Youth

Welcome to the St. Eugene PSR/Family School of Religion/Youth Group Programs! Our mission is about helping you to prepare and empower your children to receive the Sacraments of Penance, Eucharist and Confirmation and to live a vibrant life of discipleship within your family and our Parish!

In our program, our dedicated teachers  and youth leaders along with Father Pete’s guidance will continue to guide and help your child/teen to embrace and strengthen a personal relationship with Jesus Christ while preparing for the sacraments and living out our Catholic faith in our world today.

Designed for children in public school grades, we offer three types of programs that span from your 4 yr. old to your senior in high school.

Kid's Church

For Pre-K through 1st grade
Sundays: 10-11am
Starts on September 25, 2022

FSR (Formerly PSR)

For 2nd grade through 6th grade
Wednesdays: 6:30-8:00pm
Starts on September 28, 2022

Youth Group

For 7th grade through 12th grade
Alternate Wednesdays: 6:30-8:00pm
Starts on October 5, 2022

To register your child for one of the above programs, please submit the Religious Education Registration Form.

If you register your child for the Youth Group, please also submit a Permission and Consent Form.

We meet you where you are in your faith journey ...

We welcome children with special needs to our Religious Education program and offer both inclusion and individual opportunities for religious education.

We have an adaptive curriculum especially designed for children. Our adaptive program can also be used with those children who are main-streamed but need some additional assistance. While your child may be dealing with a disability, s/he is not spiritually disabled. We embrace the fact that we are all God’s children.

We would love to help you bring your child into a closer relationship with God and God's Church.
